Qwikfold Big Slide

Ease of assembly
Steep incline of slide
When the box arrived, by its size, I was concerned , however on inspection the slide proved to be very well made with no sharp edges and very light to handle. My daughter and I assembled it following the easy to read instructions in under 10 minutes. The slide it felt very stable, looked sturdy and well made and the grandchildren were ready to go ! The two year old made steady progress up the ladder which was a little too upright but the older children had no problems at all. The slide is really too short too be of interest to children over the age of 5 (manufacturer suggests it is suitable for age 2-6) but a hose pipe run down the slope with plastic at the bottom could turn this slide into an excellent slippy slide for older children (4-6). The main worry we had was that the slide was very steep and the 2 and 3 year olds shot down so fast they were a bit alarmed and would have got grass burns had we not caught them before landing, a mat would help this , but still a bit of a shock till they got used to it. All in all, a well made, easy to assemble outside or inside slide that folds away very easily for storage . It is light enough for a grandparent to manage and size wise would fit into a small garden or large playroom.
