Jane - it's great to hear the little chap is making such good progress and catching up with his brother.

Beth - I know what you mean! DIL1's brother and his wife (keep up everyone!) have just had their first baby - a whopping 9lb 9oz girl, and I was so excited and dashed off to M&S for a broody shopping spree!!

Did anyone else see the report and picture in the paper the other day of the baby born weighing 12lbs 12ozs.Apparently labour lasted 44 minutes and it was a natural birth! She beat the record for the heaviest baby girl born in the UK by 3 ozs.

Personally as long as the baby is fine and healthy I love the little ones, 6to 7 pounders. This one looked about trhree months old.

The Mum's previous two babies with a different partner were 10lbs 10ozs and 11lbs 2ozs so it must be in her genes.

P.S My DS1 was 6lbs 8ozs then DD was 8lbs 13ozs and DS2 was a mere 6lbs and1/2oz but so cute!!

Yes, and it was also reported that she'd had no stitches!

Pleased to hear that the twins are progressing well. I know it seemed an age when DD was carrying her twins but here we are now, 9 weeks down the line!!

Default Still to small.

DIL and Son went off again for another scan and tiny baby still a cause for concern, got to have another scan in 2 weeks and be prepared for a C section if he hasn't grown.
She will only be 30 weeks.
Jane.
If you have any spare thoughts and prayers please could you say one for Tiny Tim.
