Default Update on Kieran

His Mummy and dad got a call at 6-40pm to say he was ready for them to see him on cicu. They have upped his morphine as he was waking up to quickly. That's kieran being a little monkey. The surgeon said the patch was still stitched down it had become lose when the heart came back to normal size, they have put more stitches on it.

Thanks for everyones support it has been a very long and hard day.

That's encouraging news. The worst is over now but you must be shattered. Try to get some rest xxx

Rosie - what a relief for everyone that it's all over and Kieran can concentrate on getting better.

I hope you sleep well tonight - you must be exhausted with all the worry.

Big hug,

Jean

Phew! Sounds like good news, you'll sleep for a week!
Hopefully only good news from now on.
Hope that brings down your BP

Kieran had a good night, he was taken off the ventilator at midnight, had 20mls of milk this morning and he wanted more but he can not have anymore at moment. He should be moved to HDU later or if they take drains out will go straight to ward. He is laying and watching tv as he is in a room on his own because of the virus he had.
We are very pride of him.
