The book has arrived here thank you, but I'm going to pass it on to my two great nieces who I think might enjoy it more than a 6 year old boy!

Smile Book Club Opals

Can't wait for more Opal books to intrigue my lively grandchildren. They love reading and read every night to get to sleep.

Thumbs up

I passed this to a friend for her 9 year old granddaughter (as mine is only 3 )
She has now finished it. It got a big thumbs up from her! Apparantly she loved it, and read it far more quickly than she usually finishes books
"The best book I have read for ages, are there any more like that?" she told her Granny!
My friend says her GD seemed to enjoy the alien girl combined with the more usual school/friends element to the story
