Woweee. 5 1/2 stone loss. I am so jealous.

I did SW a long time ago but found that being able to eat unlimited amounts of certain foods was not disciplined enough for me. I am doing WW online at the moment and have been for two weeks, it seems to be going really well but I will let you know on Friday.

Must confess haven't lost very much weight. We're off to the Holy Land on 22 Oct. Our second grandaughter is about to arrive any day so expect to be busy then and hopefully the excess will disappear!

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL WHO HAVE LOST WEIGHT! Well done all of you. Pats-on-backs all round!!
I was successful at WW and lost a stone just before I married 6 yrs ago. I tried SW but couldn't get my head round the "healthy eating plan" with the sins and eating certain foods with other foods, coupled with all the pamphlets and colour coded pages I got totally confused and packed it all in. I just want to go on an old fashioned calorie controlled diet which I don't have the will power to stick too.

MUSICLOVER, Enjoy The Holy Land, that is somewhere I'd love to go to but have always been a bit cautious of the political and religious upheaval that often dominates the media. Have a really lovely time none the less.

Diet and Exercise seems very popular at the moment, always good when these old threads get bumped up again.
