Well done delphina,I bought the book and with all the others is gathering dust in the bookcase.I seem to have lost my will power reminds me I must go look for it.

GG - you've got a lot happening at the moment - it's hard to diet when you're worried and pre-occupied - anyway you're far too slim and glam to need 2 fasting days a week.

It's also important to increase the amount of exercise you do if you want to lose weight as well as decreasing the amount of food you eat! Easier said than done I know!
