Default eReaders vs hard copies for Book Club

Hi Ladies

I've had a chat with our lady at Random House and it's actually rather difficult to supply books to you as ebooks because you have kindles/ipads. These devices won't work with RH's downloads because they will only work with files bought through the corresponding retailer (Amazon, WHS or Apple).

Sorry for getting your hopes up. For now it's back the old hard copies, but of course you can buy the corresponding ebooks online.

Charlotte

Happy with either - have in fact already read the Julian Barnes and enjoyed it - would be interested to see what others think of it.
