No one else makes them so my house every year will have family and friends visiting about 5pm

I make them pile them up then wrap them in a clean T towel, and stick them all in the oven on low for 10 minutes befor they all arrive,Currants on some and plain ones..

Lemon and sugar,Tin cherries Ice Cream and choc sauce also bananas.........

I make pancakes regular Filling Cheap and we all love them...

My DIL1 makes fantastic pancakes - normal ones and gluten-free ones - both very yummy. In fact, if I'd remembered Shrove Tuesday, I'd have wangled a sleepover there tomorrow, shameless MIL that I am.

That sounds delicious, Pilates. We have buckwheat crèpes with cheese and ham followed by traditional ones with lemon and sugar but I think I'll try yours this evening.

I'm booked in to welshnanny's she's not going to notice another turning up!
Dutch are very big on pancakes and have some fabulous pancake houses where you can have absolutly any combination usually, except T towel! My OH is in charge in my house as he makes a mean bacon pancake....sadly tonight I think due to having to go to a football match we wont be able to indulge.
