Default IMPORTANT - how to make a perfect cake.........

You will find this an almost foolproof recipe............

Ingredients
* 4 ozs flour
* 4 oz butter
* 4 tbs of milk
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 4 oz sugar
* pinch salt
* 4 ozs brown sugar
* Lemon juice
* 4 eggs
* Nuts
* 2 bottles wine
* 4 ozs of dried fruit

Sample the wine to check quality.
Take a large bowl, check the wine again. To be absolutely sure it is of the highest quality pour another glass and drink. Repeat to make sure your findings are correct.

Turn on the electric mixer.
Beat the butter in a large fluffy bowl.
Add one teaspoon of sugar Beat again. At this point it's best to make sure the wine is still OK. Try another glass... Just to make sure it hasn't gone off.
Turn off the mixerer thingy.
Break 2 eggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the dried fruit.

Pick the fruit up off the floor.
Mix on the turner.
If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers just pry it loose with a drewscriver.
Sample the wine to check for tonsisticity.
Next, sift two ozs of salt, or something like that.

Check the wine.
Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.

I've tried this recipipipy - and can thugoly recomme -hic- nd hic. sorry, - it!

You have to be craeful not to mix the fuitty stuff with the wine, becush it makesh the winey stuff lumpy. I don't know why! Li'le tip - the drewscriver makesh a jolly good drinky so best to use a chishel to get the fried druit out of the beatters.

Oh and you need to bake the mixery thing in the big bit of the cooker. Turn it on to something or other - and then shove the stuff in there. CLOSE THE DOOR - so those pesky calorie thingies can't invade, and take it out when it looksh sort of brownish.

Hi Nanny Sally - no you become a senior by magic! You post, and post and post and when you get to (I think) 100 posts you magically become a senior member! It fits well with me as I have many, many senior moments........
