http://dinoprojektet.se/?kapitanse=jobba-hemifr%C3%A5n-p%C3%A5-datorn&105=e9 I have a phobia of travel, not just flying but all forms of travel, and the thought of travelling alone sends me into a blind panic. The fear is not there as far as travelling by car is concerned. Everyone will say, “Oh you will be fine, once you have done it you will wonder what the problem was.”

ما قدر المال الذي يربحه محامي Anyone who is phobic will know that it doesn’t work that way, if it did, it would be easy to solve. I know that it is totally illogical, but that just makes it worse. After all I am an adult, I should know better, but I can’t help it.

go to link I am often asked to go to conferences etc but unless someone comes with me I can’t go. Of course I have tried to work out what I am afraid of and I don’t really know. Maybe I fear getting lost in a strange place and not being able to get home? Where it comes from, who knows.

I was often told as a child by my father that I couldn’t do anything, that there was no point in me trying new things as I wouldn’t be able to do whatever it might have been. Learning to drive is an example, so to this day I can’t drive.

We can of course blame our issues, problems etc on our childhood or on something that has happened in out past, but should we be allowing that to be influencing our lives so badly?

It is a bit like being in a cage, maybe one day I will learn how to break free.
