Sorting Out SeparationCreated by Verity in Being You, Relationships
Research shows that children do better in life when there is a good relationship between separated parents, as both will provide for their children’s physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.
However, we recognise that separation can be tough and it’s not always easy finding the help you need. In a recent survey of over 2,500 parents, feedback resulted in many of them wanting a definitive guide on the internet and one place to go to get it.
If you, a friend, or family member, is going through a break-up, Sorting out Separation is there to give you the support and guidance you need.
Knowing what to do or where to turn to when you separate can be difficult. If you’re a parent, you’ll want to make sure you do what’s right for your children. And if you’re a friend or relative of someone going through a break up, you’ll probably be looking for ways you can help.
The Sorting out separation tool will help you work out what areas you need help with and find information on a range of issues such as parenting apart, housing, money and employment.
