Exciting news....we have launched 'the grannynet courses' for grandmothers-to-be and granny-carers!!

Designed to be taken alongside the Mother-to-be, the new grannynet courses aim to equip the Granny graduates for their role as grandparents and to inform them on all things relating to modern parenting.

The first course will cover topics such as feeding and sleeping, the latest guidelines on basic first aid as well as the minefield that is modern-day equipment. This class aims to give the granny graduates the confidence to be really ‘hands on’ when the baby arrives.

Click here for more details and to be informed when a class near you is scheduled.

A chance to win a mix of Organix finger foods and all you need to do is spread the grannynet word!

We are always looking to find new grannies to join our site and make our forum a more diverse and interesting place to chat. We would therefore like to ask you to recommend grannynet to your friends and be in with the chance of winning a mix of healthy Organix treats, including new savoury rice cakes - the perfect healthy snack that children love but won't take their appetite away!

So click here and spread the word by entering the email addresses of up to five fellow grannies. They will then receive an email introducing them to our site. Thanks so much for helping us grow our following!

Congratulations to our Halos N Horns competition winners!

Well done to Jill Clayton who is our winner, scooping a kids’ digital camera, The Little Book of Holiday Fun and lots of Halos N Horns gorgeous, kiddie-friendly toiletries.

Our runners up Sherry Chapman, Granny Haggis, Hilary Smallwood & Julie Gough have also won The Little Book of Holiday Fun and some Halos N Horns goodies.

Thanks to everyone who entered the competition, the correct answer was that Spain is the most popular holiday destination for Brits this year.
