From this we will produce our grannynet Grandparents' Charter - a set of guidelines for grandparents and parents to refer to when embarking on any childcare arrangements to make it work successfully for both parties. Jo Abel is a documentary director currently working on a series for BBC 4 exploring the relationship between grandparents and their grandchildren. BBC 4 have been given this unique opportunity to make this series, and to give it the thought and understanding it needs they need to talk to grandparents, parents and grandchildren about their experiences and relationships with one another.
